(1) If someone fails to comply with the duty to be performed according to Section 4, the station or officer assigned to him may seize such documents by punishing him with a fine of up to Rs.500.- five hundred or imprisonment for up to three months or both.
(2) According to section 5, due to the obligation to collect the goods, if the collection is not carried out according to the law or if he does not comply with any other duty related to it, the designated base or official shall collect the damage caused to the Government of Nepal from his household and fine him up to Rs.1,000.- One thousand. or may be punished with imprisonment up to six months or both.
